Been there done that!
I just got my smartphone last week and for 3 days their “toll free number was down due to scheduled maintenance” blah blah
3 days of calling… it was useless.
I just start beating keys until I get a human being.
Good luck!
on most automated voice machines if you push “0″ it will skip all the bullsh!t and take you directly to a live operator.
i worked for verizon customer care and its a tricky process!!!
you have to call them and when u get to the menu asking for the number then what you have to do is say that u want to start new service. and then just hit the 1 key at the next two menus and i believe that will get you there, its been a few months since i worked there so i dont know what the sequence of keys is!!!
good luck
